If your herping involves traveling then this is the snake hook for you. We have both the 2 piece and 3 piece breakdown hook. The two piece breaks down to a length of 20 inches. The three piece breaks down to a length of 15 inches and comes with a storage cap to keep the 3 pieces together. You may use only 2 of the three pieces if you need a shorter hook. Both of these hooks use a positive slide lock design so the pieces can't collapse. Fully assembled both hooks are approximately 40 inches long.
