Title 14 Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations, known as the Extra Terrestrial Exposure Law, was adopted on July 16,1969. This law did not make it illegal for you to have contact with extra terrestrials. It did however, require you to submit to quarantine if you did have contact. NASA was afraid of contamination by pathogens when people returned from space. The code was removed from the CFR in 1991. So, it is now safe for you to see the Alien Visitor Center.
